  6. 2 cup of basil leaves

  8. 2 cup of dry white wine

  10. salt
  11. a half cup with 4 additional tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  12. 4 thinly sliced shallots
  13. two pinches of red pepper (crushed)
  14. 4 thinly sliced garlic cloves
  15. 4 tablespoons of chorizo (finely diced)
  16. Crusty Bread

How to Cook Ligurian Seafood Stew

  1. First, you can get the large soup pot and then, you continue with heating 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

  3. Then, you add the wine and cook them for about 8 minutes till the amount of broth reduced to half, and continue by adding clam broth and water then boil them.
  4. next, you continue with pulsing cheese, pine nuts, and basils in the food processor with ½ cup of oil and sprinkle salt in it for a half teaspoon.
  5. In the end, as the broth is ready, you put the clams in the broth for about 8 minutes and stir it. Once the clams open, put the clams out from the broth and add shrimp and fish in the broth for cooking the shrimp and fish. Cook the fish and shrimp for about 5 minutes and after that put back the clams in the broth.
  6. After you put the clams, add the peas and cook it till the peas warmed for about 5 minutes and serve the stew in a bowl and bread beside it. You will use the bread for eating the stew.
