  1. 2 aubergines which are sliced in a long strip
  2. 4 Romano peppers
  3. olive oil
  4. 800 gram of baby courgettes with flowers which are sliced but the flowers are not sliced
  5. 2 handful of mizuna leaves
  6. 800 gram of tomatoes, slice it in small sizes
  7. cherry
  8. 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  9. 180 gram of tinned tomatoes
  10. 4 handfuls of mixed herbs like chives, parsley, and basil leaves.

How to Cook Summer Ratatouille Salad

The steps for making these Italian salad recipes are really easy and every one can do it easily. Now, here are the steps that you should follow and I hope that you can follow it according to the order for ensuring the best result of this Italian salad.

  1. For the starting point, you can get your griddle pan and heat it till it is searingly hot.
  2. Then, you continue by grilling the peppers till both sides get darkened and put it in the bowl then cover the bowl with Clingfilm.
  3. Next, you can continue with grilling the half courgettes and its flowers along with the aubergines charred, and then put it in a new bowl.
  4. Season the bowl with some salt and then drizzle it with olive oil.
  5. Clean the darkened part of the peppers and then slice it into strips and mix it with the courgettes and aubergines.
  6. After that, you need to scrunch the tinned tomatoes and put it in the bowl followed by purring some sherry vinegar and drizzle it with olive oil. Mix all of ingredients in the bowl well.
  7. For the finishing step, you need to add the remaining ingredients like the fresh tomatoes, mizuna, uncooked courgettes, and herbs together.

Season the last mixture and add some drizzling olive oil and serve it in your dining table.
